Join us for a relaxing afternoon retreat at the stunning Anam Kara Wellness in Glendalough House in Co. Wicklow.The retreat will take place in the fernery of Glendalough House, a lovely light filled room with stunning views of the surrounding grounds.We will begin with an opening circle and meditation, before we move into a nourishing yoga flow and then transition into a mindful practice of stillness with Yin Yoga, deeply held hip-opening and heart-opening poses. We will pause for light refreshments as we do a short journalling reflection for the year ahead. Our practice will conclude with a gentle acupuncture treatment which will look at boosting our Kidney meridian, which houses our Jing Qi, our Vitality, as well as our Heart meridian which houses our Shen, our Spirit.What’s Included:- Opening Circle & guided meditation- Gentle breathwork- Yoga Flow to ease out stagnant energy- A restful Yin Yoga practice to gently open the body, targeting connective tissues and meridians, accompanied by soul-soothing poetry- Journaling reflection for the year ahead to set our intentions- Light refreshments- An acupuncture treatment working with the Heart and Kidney meridians to promote balance in mind and bodyWhen: Sunday 25th January 2026 2pm-5.30pmWhere: Anam Kara Wellness, Glendalough House, Annamoe, Co.
