The MARK DRAMA
Beneath chocolate feasts and fluffy bunnies lies a far more powerful story. It’s a story that unsettles, challenges, and invites us to see life differently. Our story follows a man in the backwaters of the Roman Empire, in ancient Israel. This Easter, The Mark Drama invites you to encounter Jesus as told in the ancient Gospel of Mark.
Performed word-for-word from Mark’s historical biography of Jesus’ life, this 90-minute, theatre-in-the-round production brings the Easter story to life with clarity, power, and simplicity. A group of Christians from across NSW (mostly locals to Port Stephens) have come together to present this live performance for the wider community. A light supper will be served after the show.
