# Event Details - **Event Name**: WE RIDE ON MONDAY THIS WEEK! 10.12.26 at 5:45 PM!! Moonwinks Gravel - **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 12 Oct, 2026 at 05:45 pm (-04:00) - **Event Description**: WE RIDE ON MONDAY THIS WEEK! We are going to take advantage of the AWESOME 77 degree weather on Monday 10.12.26 because Wednesday looks like rain! Please note that we are starting at 5:45 PM!! *It would be smart to start using front and rear lights if you don't already* Please be sure to save the three autumn routes if you haven't already. -------------------------------------------- GENERAL RIDE INFO: Please be ready to roll out by 6:00 pm sharp from the Moonwinks parking lot, located at 5151 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor. It is way too difficult and a lot to ask of the group to roll later than promised when others are running late. Please make an attempt to catch up or reroute to find the group somewhere along the route. Also, we do a slow roll from the start at Moonwinks to Dixboro Road (about 1/4 mile) and then cross all together as a big group for safety reasons and to minimize issues with cars while crossing Dixboro. THE AUTUMN ROUTES.... SAVE THESE! Depending on your level of fitness and desired distance pick one of the four routes below. They are fantastic for allowing everyone to pretty much finish up at the same time: 16 Miler Route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3535023886410051646 22 Miler Route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3535025881119719030 28 Miler Route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3535031940993773174 The weekly gravel rides are designed to get you stronger and faster (or simply just get your saddle time in) - your goals are your goals. Just show up, bring a friend or two and have fun while getting a good workout in 🙂 The group always spreads out so just do your best and do not stress. You will always meet more and more friends every week. WHAT TO BRING: Helmets are mandatory and you need to have the route either loaded onto your computer or written down on paper that's easy to follow. YOU MUST HAVE THE ROUTE. Also, please have tools and a spare tube in the event of a flat. LIGHTS ARE NEEDED AS THE SUN IS STARTING TO SET EARLIER NOW. PARKING: Please do not park in the Moonwink's lot. It is OK to park in the grassy area that is located behind Moonwinks. Other parking options include Church Street, Short Street or at the church. The parking is very limited at Moonwinks and we want to be courteous and respectful to the other patrons that visit not only Moonwinks, but the other businesses in the lot 🙂 FYI: Moonwinks is closed on Mondays. DISCLAIMER: By participating in this event or any other MGG events you agree that you are responsible for your own safety, understanding and accepting all inherent risks associated with outdoor group exercise on roads shared with traffic.
