Tinned Fish 101

Our Deli Specialty Food staff thinks tinned fish is a pantry’s ultimate secret weapon! For many the phrase “tinned fish” conjures a somewhat sad tuna salad or tuna noodle casserole of their childhood, but this Tinned Fish 101 class is designed to introduce an intrepid eater to the delights of great tinned fish. From line-caught tuna to savvy sardines and beyond, join fish aficionado Kevin for an afternoon of fun with fins in tins! We will for sure be tasting some from Miss Can, one of our favorite purveyors of tinned fish. We hope you’ll score this one a Ten out of Tin!
