Ken Wachsberger is the editor of the landmark four-volume Voices from the Underground Series, called "the most important book on American journalism published in my lifetime" by one reviewer. Thumbs Up is the story of how it came to be. It includes, for the first time ever, the whole story behind how Voices from the Underground exploded into existence. how the first edition was stolen from storage, and then how it reemerged as a four-volume series by Michigan State University Press and inspired the largest digital collection of underground papers ever compiled.

About the Author:

Ken Wachsberger is an internationally known author, editor, book coach, and speaker. His 4-volume Voices from the Underground Series was called “the most important book on American journalism published in my lifetime” by one major reviewer. Ken wrote his bestseller, You’ve Got the Time: How to Write and Publish That Book in You, to help his clients write the books they need for healing, to preserve their legacy, and to advance professionally in their careers. Thumbs Up: Memoir of a Joyful Organizer is Ken’s story from the seventies to the present, from Kent State to Sanctuary, as a lifetime community organizer.
