Do you love new plays? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to write one yourself? Do you have a story to tell but aren’t sure where to start? Join us at Theatre NOVA for a one-night-only Playwriting workshop designed especially for non-playwrights and curious creatives.

This hands-on, experiential workshop pairs discussion of the core elements of theatrical writing with creative exercises designed to ignite the imagination. Participants will explore writing snappy dialogue, building compelling characters, and accelerating dramatic conflict—all in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Whether you’re an actor, director, designer, theatre lover, or someone who’s never written a play before, this workshop is designed to inspire creativity and help you step outside your comfort zone and try something new.
