Let's move for a cause and support ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) together.The $25 ticket goes towards a T-Shirt and the amazing class with all proceeds being donated! This event is proudly supporting the ALS Foundation, with all proceeds going toward funding research and care for those impacted.We’ll also have Bearclaw Coffee Co. on-site serving coffee and drinks to keep you fueled and refreshed.With finals coming up, working out in a group setting boosts motivation, reduces stress, and creates a strong sense of community.
