In this session, you will learn how the body’s connective tissue gets dehydrated and causes common aches. Using gentle self-treatment techniques, you will learn how to rehydrate this essential system for vibrant health and pain-free movement.
In this workshop, we focus on our hands and feet techniques. However, these techniques are felt throughout the body.

Bring a mat and water, wear comfortable clothing.
For this workshop, you can bring a mat and participate on the floor. Or table and chairs will provided and you participate either standing and/or seated.
