First Course: Daou Sauvignon Blanc
Greece~ Skordalia served with Greek Bread 
mashed potatoes, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice

Second Course: Daou Rose
Spain~ Andalusian Gazpacho 
tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, sherry vinegar, croutons, and herb-infused olive oil

Third Course: Daou Pessimist Red Blend
Italy~ Panzanella Salad
tomatoes, onion, basil, cucumber, red onion, basil,

Fourth Course: Daou Reserve Cabernet
France~ Chicken Marengo with Rigatoni
