What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a supportive, non-judgmental, and sober space where you are invited to freely express yourself through movement. Each gathering is a curated musical journey designed to support embodiment, connection, and inner exploration.
The setting of space begins at 9:30am with an opening circle. This is where we open the space, and set intentions for the dance. The music flows into a freeform dance journey, ending with a grounding closing ritual. Our playlists are intentionally curated with spiritual exploration and music healing in mind, allowing the music to guide your movement and inner journey.
We complete the session with a closing circle to help ground, integrate, and close the experience. The concludes by 11am.
You may come late, if necessary or leave early if necessary.
