This 90-minute somatic breathwork journey is a body-based experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with yourself.

Somatic breathwork invites you to gently work with the wisdom of your body through intentional breathing, while honoring your body’s own pace and capacity. The breath becomes a bridge, guiding you beyond the busy thinking mind and into deeper awareness of what is present physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Each journey will include grounding, guided breathwork, meditation, and supportive sound healing elements such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, or other instruments to create a deeply held and immersive experience.

No prior breathwork experience is needed. You’ll be gently guided throughout the experience.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable lying down for an extended period. Some participants notice they feel chilly during breathwork, so cozy layers are encouraged.

Important notes:

This experience is offered through a trauma-informed lens, with choice, safety, and body awareness at the center. Because breathwork can create shifts in the nervous system and body, this practice may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. A waiver will be required prior to participation.
