- **Event Description**: Sound Immersion's are back for 2026! The first one for this year is on Saturday 28th February beginning at 2:30pm and concluding at 4pm. That's 90 minutes of rest and relaxation!

It begins with a guided meditation to relax the body and settle the mind, followed by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums. As the sounds wash over you, feel yourself being transported to a place of deep stillness and rest.

This meditative sound experience is a respite from the stress of day to day life, creating space and deeply nourishing mind, body and spirit.

Your relaxation begins from the moment you rest comfortably supported on your mat with your choice of blankets, bolsters and cushions.

As you emerge from your experience you may notice an inner sense of peace and tranquility, awareness of being energised yet calm and a renewed sense of your own aliveness and wellbeing.
