PILATES BY UPSTATE: Power up with this full-body burner, where challenges and modifications are offered throughout. This class is designed for everyone. Lean into the burn, get sweaty and feel the good vibes!

MOVES: Spicy series of mat Pilates moves targeting your whole body!

TIME: 45 minutes, 11am arrival for an 11.15am start.
