Surfing Victoria's Indigenous Surfing Program, invite you and your community to attend the 2026 Woorrangalook Victorian Koori Surfing Titles. The Titles are being held on the 7th of February 2026 at Urquhart Bluff on the Great Ocean Road.
NOTE: 9am Registration
The Titles are aimed at providing Surfing as a viable sporting option. The event has been running for the last 28 years. The first year that the Titles were conducted, there were only 20 participants, now we have 100 + participants. This is for all Victorian Aboriginal people from across the state with a strong emphasis on water safety. The event participants include competitors of all levels – from the first time beginner, weekend surfer, novice and advanced competitor.
As keen surfers and past tittle holders of the event Jordie Campbell and Anthony Hume highly recommend that all persons should have the same great experience and fun that they have had over the years.
There are great prizes up for grabs. All participants go home with a prize. The winner of the Open Men’s division receives a wild card entry into the 2026 Rip Curl Pro Trials at Bells Beach.
Divisions for competitors will be: Under 6 Mixed, Under 10 Boys & Girls, Under 13 Boys & Girls, Under 16 Boys & Girls, Under 18 Boys & Girls, Open Men & Women, Over 35 Masters Men & Women and Over 45 Masters Men & Women.
NOTE:
Communities should start finding funding to support their community for travel, accommodation and food expenses.
