Yoga & Climb Experience

Find your balance on the wall and the mat! Join Outdoor Recreation for a restorative yet energizing day at Movement Columbia, Maryland's premier indoor climbing and yoga facility. Start with a guided yoga session to warm up, stretch, and tune the body for movement. Then transition onto the climbing walls where certified instructors will lead you through beginner friendly climbs or challenge you with progressive routes, your choice! This is perfect for beginners (no experience required), wellness-focused participants, families and friends, anyone wanting a fun, low-pressure intro to climbing. This program is open to ages 13+.

Cost: $75.00/person

This trip includes transportation, 1-hour guided yoga class, 1.5-hour indoor climbing session, all gear, professional instruction.

Location: Outdoor Recreation (Meet at Outdoor Recreation)
