Hello and welcome!!

I am Siobhan Booth and I am an experienced Hypnotherapist, I have been helping clients with a range of issues since 2011. I have also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. I specialise in helping people with anxiety over come their fears and build confidence and self reliance.

These workshops are a small taster of what I can do with clients and will give you a fantastic starting point if anxiety is an issue that is causing you to live a less than fulfilled life.

In this information packed workshop I will be taking you through the following:

What anxiety is

Why we get it

What types of anxiety there are

What the long term effects of anxiety are

How you may be making your anxiety worse

What you are saying to yourself that damages your self belief

What negative cycles may be trapping you into your anxiety

What mindfulness is

How you can incorporate Mindfulness into your everyday life PLUS a short guided meditation

How you can push your comfort zone and build confidence

Using positve affirmations effectively

Practicing positivity

I will also  be taking you through exercises and worksheets so that you can develop a clear picture of your own anxiety and create a personalised plan to overcome it.
