Develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to plan, deliver, assess and evaluate effective workplace training.

This supportive, activity-led programme is suitable for new and developing workplace trainers, managers, team leaders, training coordinators and subject specialists responsible for delivering staff learning.

The core programme includes two full teaching days. You will then have approximately two weeks to prepare a short training session before returning for an additional half-day practical delivery and assessment.

During the programme, you will explore adult learning, inclusive training, identifying learner needs, writing measurable learning outcomes, session planning, engaging delivery methods, communication, questioning, assessment, constructive feedback and reflective practice.

Teaching Day 1: 28/09/26 - 09:30-16:30
Teaching Day 2: 29/09/26 - 09:30 - 16:30
Additional half-day assessment: 18/10/26 - am or pm

PRICING

Standard place: £295 per person
Early-booking place: £250 per person
Group of four: £1,022 total — £255.50 per person

Places are limited to eight learners to provide plenty of participation, supported practice and individual feedback.

OPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE UNITS

After completing the core programme, learners can add separate one-day Knowledge Units in:

• Medication
• Safeguarding
• Moving and Assisting
• Basic Life Support and First Aid

Each optional Knowledge Unit costs £95 per person and is assessed and certificated separately. Learners must have appropriate occupational knowledge and competence in the subject they intend to teach.

Successful core-programme learners will receive a Training in Partnership Train the Trainer certificate. This is a workplace trainer-development programme and is not an Ofqual-regulated teaching qualification.
