The Decision is a two-hour, in-person experience designed for people who are ready to move from being stuck to decisive action, supported by the energy of a focused, intentional community.
Participants work on their own decisions, but not alone.
In a facilitated group setting, each person identifies one meaningful decision they have been postponing and is guided through a structured Decision Board process that turns uncertainty into commitment.
The collective environment matters. There is power in naming a decision out loud. There is momentum in being witnessed. There is confidence that comes from choosing in community.
This experience harnesses individual clarity and collective energy to help participants stop circling, trust themselves, and take their next step forward.
Participants leave with a clear decision, a defined first action, and a tangible reminder of the moment they chose movement.
