My name is Shaun Bessant and I look forward to welcoming you to my friendly and supportive gathering.I am a qualified gong & bowl practitioner and a tutor for The College of Sound Healing.I have been facilitating wonderful gong baths for over eight years. Bringing healing experience, relaxation and creating a beautiful range and depth of vibrational sounds.I will begin the session with a breath meditation, to encourage you to make a connection with yourself. Moving into a soothing sound bath to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages while improving mood, mental clarity, focus and calm. I use an eclectic mix of instruments to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing.Logistics: This is a 60-minute session. Nasa has recorded many sounds in deep space, also around mars, it is one of the resonance vibrations that holds the universe together. So when the Gong is played, anything that is in the mind/body that is not useful and not serving the Mind/Body acceleration, expansion and enjoyment, the gong sound cleans it out. So it’s extremely powerful way of putting the mind into a deep meditative state.
