If you want to up your game in the saddle and really develop feel and balance to improve your horse - this is the workshop for you!

This immersive day of training will give you time to focus on you as a rider both in and out of the saddle that will leave you feeling energised and inspired.

The day includes:


2 Ridden sessions
- Morning session with EQ Bands developing position on the flat and awareness and focus to improve your own balance and effectiveness
- Afternoon Session developing your focus on Rhythm and Balance either over poles or jumping

Mindset and performance techniques will be woven in throughout the day with off horse postural and position exploration and opportunities to reflect and learn from each other


Light Breakfast on arrival where you will set your intentions for your days training and Lunch is included


In summary:
Integration of biomechanics using EQ Bands & mindset throughout the day
Ridden practice backed by unmounted theory
Practical mindset tools for competition and training
Balanced mix of learning, riding, reflection and social connection


Earlybird offer: £105 for a full day riding option if booked before 20 October, £120 if booked after but before 1 November.

There is also a non riding option 

There are a maximum of 8 Ridden Spaces on this Clinic to ensure real quality learning and experience for those attending.  We welcome an additional few attendees without horses who would like to learn and observe the ridden and take part in the off horse elements.
