This 2 hour workshop will teach you how to understand and correctly use and recruit the pelvic floor. Help to learn how to strengthen and the importance of release too. There is more to the Pelvic Floor than Kegels. Come along and take away information and home work. Suitable for women of all ages and pre and post natal. A great addition to very sporty women and also weight trainers who often suffer with pelvic floor issues.
You only have one pelvic floor - look after it.
