# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Live Music: Some Sh!tty Cover Band Duo
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 09 Jul, 2026 at 07:00 pm – Thu, 09 Jul, 2026 at 10:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Despite their self-deprecating name, Some Sh!tty Cover Band is anything but. This acoustic trio brings together seasoned musicians from Quietdrive, Take Cover, and The Usual Things, stripping their explosive sound down for an intimate setting.

Fed up with Minneapolis cover scene monotony, SSCB approaches familiar songs with musicianship earned from thousands of shows. Their setlist: pop-punk anthems reimagined, 2000s nostalgia, and singalongs from alt-rock to country.

Without the full band, this trio proves great songs work in any format. No frills, just three guys who know how to work a room, playing songs you secretly love with fresh acoustic twists. Expect crowd participation, clever arrangements, and proof that stripping down makes familiar songs new.

Live music kicks off at 7pm. Happy Hour starts at 8pm. No cover. The party's at Margie's!
