Come kick off your Sunday morning at the bar with a bootcamp class led by Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Run Coach and Personal Trainer, Sue Parke. The cost is $20 per person and includes a 45 minute bootcamp class and a beer flight.
About the Class:
My Bootcamp classes are designed to burn the maximum amount of calories, build strength, increase muscle endurance and improve overall physical fitness in a short amount of time by performing a wide variety of effective body weight exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome, and appropriate modifications will be provided. We look forward to seeing you at the bar!
What you need:
Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear clean indoor sneakers. A sweat towel is recommended but not required.
