Come & join Zoe Nield on 17th July at 10:30am for the first Ashtanga Yoga class.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, fast paced,
and challenging style of Yoga linking
movement to breath. A set series of
postures is practised which allows this
practice to become a moving meditation
Practised regularly Ashtanga Yoga will
improve strength, flexibility, and stamina.
