Join artist Melanie Fetterolf, owner of Painting Your World Studio, for an introduction to basic watercolor techniques. In this class, students will use a variety of brushes to practice washes and wet-on-wet methods while completing a pre-drawn image on paper. Participants will also learn about color mixing and how to set up a watercolor palette. This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate artists and includes a fun surprise at the end. This class is for beginners to intermediate artists and includes a FUN surprise ending! 

Skill Level: Beginner – No Experience Required
Age: 10+ 

Member Rate: $50

About the instructor
Melanie received her BFA with a Painting Concentration from Virginia Tech. Prints of her work may be found at Ijams Nature Center, Davis Studio, and the Appalachian Arts and Crafts Center. Melanie exhibits regularly throughout the Knoxville area and her art can be found in private collections throughout the Southeast.
