Work with metal jump rings to create a classic chain maille weave. Learn ring placement, tension, and closure techniques. This is methodical work with a strong visual payoff. Students will leave with a completed bracelet.

About the Instructor:
With a passion for transforming discarded materials into art, Deb Meritsky brings creativity and purpose to the world of recycled design. Combining formal training with years of hands-on experience, she specializes in mosaics, resin art, stained glass, and steampunk-inspired creations made from reclaimed materials. Through her classes and mobile workshops, she empowers others to explore creativity while promoting sustainability. Her work—from vintage china jewelry to custom mosaic designs—embodies the belief that art can be both beautiful and responsible, inspiring others to see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
