Have you ever watched curling during the Winter Olympics and wondered if you have what it takes?
Do you like strategy, teamwork and trying something new? Come give curling a try– you might discover you have Olympic potential!
This hands-on clinic will introduce you to the basics of curling and give you a chance to experience real gameplay on the ice. 
 
During this event, you will:
Receive a brief orientation to curling rules, equipment, gameplay, and scoring
Learn how to slide and deliver a stone like you’ve seen on TV
Discover how sweeping works—and why it matters
Get an explanation for all the yelling… and get to do it yourself!
 
There is no cost to participate, and all equipment will be provided. Open to youth ages 12 - 18.
