This class will be a relaxing, restoring experience, perfect for all. No experience needed!

Sound Healing utilizes various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, gong, drums, and flute, to “bathe” participants in soothing sound waves. Sound Healing experiences can reduce anxiety, calming the nervous system, leaving you with a feeling of pure peace. 

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga utilizes unhurried, fluid movement, coupled with calming breathwork, to bring both your body and your mind to a place or pure serenity. Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is especially great for beginners, and anyone seeking a sense of peace in their lives.
