Anger isn’t your enemy in relationships. Conscious anger is clarity, which is the element you need for real intimacy. 

We have four territories of feelings: sadness, anger, joy and fear. We live in a society where most of the time, we are asked to put the feeling aside and proceed. This is a call to create from your conscious anger - to connect & to love.

This is an initiation to adulthood, a quest that starts here with an introduction on the 21st followed by a full day of Rage Club on the 22nd.


? What is Rage Club?

Rage Club is a research space and safe learning environment to develop a conscious relationship with your anger. It helps you unlock the archetypal power of your anger, allowing you to use its energy and information in a safe and constructive way in everyday life.

Most people have an unconscious relationship with anger, either suppressing it or letting it explode. The goal of Rage Club is to heal these unconscious patterns and learn to feel and use anger consciously.

Whether you have "too little" anger or "too much," the solution/idea/approach is the same: building a conscious relationship with your anger so you can make clear decisions, set boundaries, and take action. Rage Club is for those who feel overwhelmed, struggle to say no, or lose themselves in relationships. It’s also about using anger and other feelings to create the life you want, with guidance and feedback from a team of fellow rage researchers.

⇲ Rage Club : full day 
When: 22. November 2025 from 11.00 to 17.00

Sliding Scale: 110-150€

You can do the intro without the full day. You can decide after the intro if you want the full day.
