ABOUT THE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
The Summer Concert Series features local artists in neighborhoods across Anchorage. A partnership with Anchorage Concert Association and Anchorage Park Foundation, this free concert series brings people together in their own neighborhoods to enjoy live music and the beauty of our parks and trails. The Summer Concert Series is sponsored by Atwood Foundation and Joanne & Brian Bennett.
ABOUT ZEN TREMBLES
Born in 2019, Zen Trembles has carved out a space in the Alaskan music scene with their electrifying, high-energy performances and genre-blurring alternative sound. At the heart of the trio is Becky Kotter, whose self-invented tunings and intricate percussive guitar work push the boundaries of traditional playing. Watch as her fingers dance above, below, and even between customized capos, all while delivering powerhouse vocals that demand attention.
Holding down the groove is Daniel Sipin, whose funky five-string bass licks weave seamlessly between rhythm and melody, adding depth and swagger to the band's sonic landscape. Meanwhile, Nova Rose drives the energy home with punchy, punk-influenced dynamic drumming, keeping every performance raw, tight, and unforgettable.
Whether you're captivated by their mesmerizing instrumental interplay or the raw intensity of their performance, Zen Trembles delivers both a visual and listening experience like no other.
