If you’re looking for a place to let go of your burdens and relax deeply, join me for the Winter Sanctuary. It’s an accessible way to get deep self-care in a short amount of time so that you stay connected to your joy (and avoid burnout).
This 3-hour retreat offers:
- Nervous-system–soothing breathwork + gentle movement
- Restorative yoga with props and long holds
- Seasonal guidance for staying balanced and inspired through winter (Ayurveda + mind-body insight)
- Sound bath and guided relaxation
- Quiet reflection and connection with other like-hearted women
