March GNBC Meeting - Gruits!

Gruit is a traditional herbal mixture used to flavor and preserve beer before hops became the standard, and the term also refers to the beer made with it, which is often unhopped. Common ingredients include yarrow, sweet gale, mugwort, and rosemary, creating complex, earthy, and spicy flavors, and modern craft brewers use gruit for traditional or experimental recipes, sometimes alongside hops.
