September is Self Care Awareness Month.
Our discussion will focus on breastfeeding, mental health, and taking care of yourself.

We’ll also have special guest, Kate Genton, walking us through a mini-meditation to help reset your nervous system.

We will have breastfeeding experts and peer support available if you have any lactation questions or concerns.
Children and support persons are welcome 🤗
