FERS: One Day, Benefits Class For Federal Employees. April 03, 2019
Are You Going to the Right Benefits Class?
Did you know that there are several different groups that put on pre-retirement classes in Anchorage? Make sure you’re attending the right retirement class.
Many federal employees *think* they’re coming to one of our classes -but they’re actually signed up for someone else’s class.
Our FERS retirement seminars are different: we focus on your federal retirement benefits from a financial planning perspective.
We'll go over the ins and outs of your FERS benefits, but we also discuss how your FERS benefits fit into your overall retirement picture.
Your Federal Benefits are Just One Piece of Your Financial Puzzle
When you attend one of our FERS retirement seminars...
You’ll learn about your federal retirement benefits from a financial planning perspective
You’ll understand how your benefit choices impact your overall financial picture
You’ll see examples of common mistakes, and learn how to avoid them
You’ll learn about the importance of estate planning for federal employees
You’ll have a chance to ask specific questions about how your benefits work

Real Experience Helping Federal Employees in Alaska
We teach classes, but more importantly, we have personally helped individual federal employees through the entire federal retirement process, from planning to paperwork and enjoying retirement.
We’re local. We’re not flying in from outside; we live and work right here in Anchorage. We’re familiar with the unique issues that affect Alaska’s federal employees.
We’ve seen the mistakes that can happen, and we want to help you avoid them.
