Please join us for our next Crystal Bowl Meditation, "The Energy of Gratitude, Giving Thanks", on Friday, November 21st from 7-8PM. Facilitated by Rebecca Geracitano (Integrativemind LLC) and Mickey Geracitano.

In this guided meditation we will focus on the energy of gratitude and thanksgiving while listening to the sounds of the crystal bowls. (played by Mickey Geracitano) Giving thanks for what we have in our lives and embracing that part of us that knows our needs will be taken care of, no matter the outer appearances. When we create this space of gratitude and carry it with us in our daily thoughts and actions, we create and attract even greater good into our lives.

We will begin gathering at 6:30 and start the meditation at 7pm ending at 8pm. Please come early to get your seat, relax and unwind with music and conversation.Water will be provided.

Unity of East Louisville is located at 740 Old Harrods Creek Road in Middletown. The seating is theater style and cushioned. Very comfortable! There is not much floor space for those wishing to lay on the floor, but there is a few spots.

Suggested  donation of $10-15.
