Brisket & Butts BBQ Bootcamp

During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly cook mouth watering pork butts and Texas style brisket. We will teach you everything from meat selection, trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, and, of course, cooking.

Each class participant will receive:

Class manual with recipes and detailed instructions
Samples of the brisket and butts we cook
Curved boning knife for trimming
A full packer brisket to prep and take home to cook

All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be a backyard barbecue hero to your friends and family.

The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers.

Seating is limited to 20 participants.
