- **Event Description**: In November 2025, our State Board officially recognized the Mat-Su Farm Bureau's decision to establish a new sub-group: the Anchorage Farm Bureau! Our leadership team is excited to announce that we will be hosting our first kickoff meeting this weekend.

The Anchorage Farm Bureau’s inaugural get-together will take place this Saturday, February 21st, at 3:30 PM at the Bell's Nursery Cafe (13700 Specking Rd. Anchorage, AK 99515).

This informal meeting will feature short presentations from myself and Tara Loyd, Executive Director of the Alaska Farmers Market Association. We look forward to meeting you and learning more about your involvement in local food and agriculture!
