Age Smart: Age Friendly Anchorage

Age Smart is a speaker series featuring a variety of topics, hosted by the Anchorage Senior Activity Center and AARP Alaska. This month, AARP Alaska will present on Age Friendly Anchorage with an additional presentation from NeighborWorks Alaska on Reconnecting Fairview. The presenters will explain what it means to be an Age Friendly community and what they are working on to ensure Anchorage is livable for people of all ages and abilities. NeighborWorks Alaska will then share the excitement of Reconnecting Fairview – how community-led solutions are evolving to revitalize and reimagine the Fairview neighborhood.
