1. Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled by the organization, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. No additional action is required on your part.
2. Event Cancellation by Management: In the event that management cancels the event, a 6% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days.
