The Luxury Meetings Summit is for the Meetings Industry's elite group planners whose primary meetings services entail sourcing and contracting sleeping rooms and banquets on behalf of corporations and associations. Your registration information will ensure both you and our suppliers are matched to maximize quality connections during our upcoming Portland Luxury Meetings Summit.

9:30am-10:00am: Supplier arrival and setup.
10:00am-10:30am: Casual networking between Meeting Planners & Suppliers where they enjoy hot breakfast appetizers, coffee, tea, and a selection of fresh squeezed juices.
10:30am-12:30pm: Speed Meetings™ between Meeting Buyers & Hoteliers/Suppliers.
12:30pm-1:00pm: While enjoying Appetizers & Wine, show participants may peruse the Silent Auction, which will benefit a local Charity. Additionally each Meeting Planner AND Supplier will receive a complimentary gift from our Global Luxury Gifting Partner.
1:00pm-2:00pm: Enjoy a family-style lunch and desert with your fellow, while participating in a spirited 15 minute discussion by MeetingTraveler™ on the topic of “Sourcing in today’s digital world… How to find the right hotel… the first time around”.
2:00pm: Group Departure, Optional Hotel Site Inspection, Complimentary Valet Parking.
