On the cusp of winter, the world grows quiet. The nights are long, the trees are bare, and everything asks us to turn inward. This evening is an invitation to do just that: to land, breathe, and be held in the quiet magic of transition.

We’ll begin in circle, arriving together through gentle movement and breath. From there, we’ll explore the energy of the season and how light and dark, rest and movement, feminine and masculine each show up within us at this time of year.

Then the evening opens into a time of free flow. You can move between cozy stations at your own pace. Enjoy a warm, nourishing buffet and tea. Settle into creative expression with collage or crafts. Or drift into the candlelit studio for soft music, bolsters, and quiet rest.

Optional wellness add-ons are available throughout the evening:
• Mobile sauna and cold plunge session — $25 for a 40-minute contrast therapy session
• IV therapy — $125
• B12 shot — $20
• Medical-grade facial mask — $25–$50

You can follow your own rhythm, whether social, still, playful, or reflective. Each path is a way of honoring the season inside and around you.

We’ll close in circle, coming together once more with slow breath and presence.
