Zen Nights ๑ Every Week a Different Theme
Whenever you feel overwhelmed or stressed, it is time for you to turn inwards to find peace and restore balance. The special Zen Nights at The Conscious Club can help you find the relaxation you deserve, whether you wish to soften the tension in your body or unwind your mind.
Every week we have one of these four different sessions scheduled:
1. ACU YIN YOGA by Barbara Falorni
Acu-Yoga is a practice that combines two disciplines: Acupressure and Yoga. Both techniques aim to improve and rebalance energy circulation. When we use Yin and Acupressure together we enhance their effect. The practice helps release energy flow into meridians and nourishes the organs in all body systems. During the class, we will create a balance of emotions and a feeling of overall well-being.

2. DEEP YIN by Petra Groen
In this class we dive deep into our tissues, opening the pathways in the body and mind. This increases the flow of energy and fluids in the body, promoting our health. In the meantime we practice welcoming our direct experience and let it flow through us without interference, hereby rebalancing the system. A great class to replenish yourself.
3. YIN & STORYTELLING by Barbara Falorni
In the dilute time and space of yin, you are invited to listen to the stories of the body unfolding.....stories of tensions, of emotions hidden between tissues, memories of space and nourishment, we might remember how it feels to be connected with our body and the deep soul in every part of it.

4. YOGA NIDRA by Suze Retera
Yoga Nidra is a deep, meditative state that is accessed through a guided lesson. It is one of the deepest relaxation states that humans can enter while still being awake, and its benefits include better sleep, reduced stress, increased energy, and better awareness.
Nidra is called the sleep of the yogis. Nidra is not “yoga” as many of us know it. By that we mean that it isn’t a series of poses that you move through on a mat where you start on your feet and end in downward dog.
Instead, nidra skips most of this and goes straight to the savasana.

GOOD TO KNOW
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our classes.
» Please keep a 1,5-meter distance at all times and bring your own towel to cover the props.
» No face masks during class. We don’t allow face masks in our classrooms since it’s not safe to do your practice wearing one.
» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit. You can leave your belongings in our dressing rooms, but changing and showering are not permitted.
» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» About clean air at the club: We have a wonderful ventilation system that constantly refreshes the air inside our building. We also use humidifiers! This means aerosols cannot travel outside of your mat, as all the water in the airflow weighs the air molecules down. That makes us a super safe space to be in!
» Dress warmly. When the weather is getting colder, and ventilation in our classrooms means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
» Single Class | €15,50
» 5-Ride Pass | €65 instead of €77,50 | valid for 3 months
» 10-Ride Pass | €115 instead of €155 | valid for 3 months
