Yin Yoga Masterclass: 20-Hour Foundational Training
Yin Yoga Masterclass: 20-Hour Foundational Training
With Daphne Luttger
This 3-day training is meant for students who would like to have a deeper understanding of yin yoga and the practice of yin yoga. What happens in our body when we are in a posture for a long period of time? How do the archetypal poses relate to meridians, organs, and emotions?
What you will learn:
The morning program will stimulate the left side (yang) of your brain by getting inspired by lectures and workshops, while in the afternoon you will stimulate the right side (yin) and by that the parasympathetic nervous system by practicing yin in a 3-hour long masterclass, that will focus on a particular target area like hips, shoulders, and spine, and the emotional equilibrium.
In these immersive Yin Yoga masterclasses, Daphne Luttger will give you the opportunity to explore your inner world. You'll be able to dive deep, as we stay longer in a pose, sometimes 5-8 minutes, to have a deeper experience on this inner journey.

Yin Yoga is a practice that brings together the three bodies: the physical, astral (feelings, emotions), and mental (thoughts). These are knit together through our meridians and chakras. Yin is also a practice of awareness and letting things be as they enter and exit our lives. It is a physical healing practice that stimulates Chi flow through our connective tissue and stimulates mobility in our joints while relaxing our muscles. It clears the channels of the nervous system and meridians, which will have a calming effect on the body and mind.
You can observe everything that takes place within you while you are in the pose with a deeper understanding of all that comes and goes (anicha) without labeling or identifying with that what IS as we cultivate a practice of being in the moment. We will improve on having a direct experience with truth and being willing to meet with what is.
