Yin & Yoga Nidra
Your zen moment!
Every Friday evening at Bluebirds in Amsterdam-Oost: an extra long Yin Yoga class ending in Yoga Nidra.
Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga, in which you will stay in a pose on the floor for several minutes. It helps to calm down the nervous system and also to become (more) flexible. By staying longer in the poses, the deeper tissues of the body are stretched and the mind is challenged to relax.
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation, in which you will connect to a deeper level of consciousness whilst staying awake.
You'll walk out of the studio feeling more than relaxed.
