Workshop: Rest & Inspiration
Your greatest artistic gold isn't found in survival mode, but in the deep relaxation of your own foundation. In this session, we detox from conditioning and create space for your—and our—authentic voice. We will move from meditation to gentle movement to inspiration. We conclude with the Signature Dialogue to share your growth and development within our community.
