You will bring positive, clearly articulated intentions into the New Year, before it kicks in with its forward motion.✨ VISION BOARD CREATIONYou will create a physical visualisation board using magazines, images, words, glue, and scissors. This mindful process will help you translate your goals and intentions into visible direction, connecting dreams and ideas in a tangible way. Each participant will create their dream collage landscape. This hands-on, mindfulness activity invites you to reconnect with your creativity, slow down and work with attention and presence, turning the exercise into a form of applied mindfulness.By selecting images and words intuitively as well as deliberately, you may notice patterns, themes, or desires emerging that reflect what your subconscious is drawn to. Bringing these elements to the surface and creating a vision board allows you to visualise what truly matters to you — often beyond what is easy to articulate in words.
