Pets are not allowed inside the Rijksmuseum.
Flash photography is not permitted anywhere inside the museum.
The museum’s cafés and shops do not accept cash payments.
The experience is fully accessible for wheelchair users and prams/strollers.
Guide dogs are permitted throughout the venue.
Entry is allowed up to 15 minutes after the time stated on your ticket, and you may remain inside until the museum closes.
Visitors who require assistance moving through the museum may bring one companion at no extra cost. A companion ticket can be collected from cash register 1.
