In the weekend of May 16-17th in Amsterdam


I want to share the magic of this practice with you. Together, we can experiment and explore what our spirits want to co-create from our inner wisdom.
This practice brings me into deeper states of awareness, and I am excited by how it can do the same for others. I intend to bring a unique combination of presence and subtle magic to the field of Transformational Connection and Surrendered Leadership, formerly known as Circling.
Here, we are invited to meet each moment fully, to notice what arises, and to open to the unexpected. It is a space where connection can deepen, where insight can emerge, and where the ordinary can transform into the extraordinary.


Invitation & Exploration
My invitation for this immersion is simple: to behold each other as already whole and to remain fully in immediacy.

I invite you to unfold together in our truth. To open to the unknown, guided by the grace of curiosity.

To slow down in the places where our stories live and notice what we have yet to discover about ourselves.

Can we let go of what we have believed about ourselves for so long?�Can we find a new way, a new sensation, a new view, a new feeling?�Can we look at ourselves with fresh eyes?�Can we look from a new angle, toward our own freedom?
To boldly go where no one has gone before.

Why Practice This?
This is an ongoing discovery of yourself and beyond. In this exploration, we begin to see why this practice matters so deeply. The most profound insights can arise in connection, because where I am blind, I need you to shine the light, and together we support each other in shedding layers, and returning to our hearts.

Moments that feel like hell can transform into heaven when we stay, fully own, and surrender ourselves.

In this space, we practice trusting, surrendering, allowing what is present, and stepping fully into our self-leadership.
There is no seeming logic to it, no clear understanding, just the solace of being fully with what is.
This practice is beautiful to me because it is interactive, alive, and shared. We hold each other, mirror each other, confront and discover together, and in doing so, we unfold into the depth of our hearts.
From this place of unfolding, we step into guided practices that unite heart, body, and awareness.


How We’ll Explore
I will lead you into Surrendered Leadership and related practices in a weekend designed for exploration, curiosity, and presence. Together, we will engage in collective group circles, pair and small-group exercises, and embodiment practices that connect you to your life force, all in the spirit of presence and truth. 

This immersion is intended for those with some experience in Transformational Connection or related practices, creating a shared space where participants can engage from their own level—allowing both fresh discovery and deepening of existing skills. 

Participation invites self-responsibility, clear boundaries, expressing desires, and caring for yourself along the way.

About Winde Rienstra
I am a transformational coach, group leader, and intuitive guide devoted to the art of human connection. My coaching is grounded in presence, embodiment, and a deep respect for the intelligence that arises between people. I work with individuals and groups to help uncover hidden patterns, access clarity, and step into fuller expression of who they are.
Since discovering Transformational Connection in 2020, I have walked this path as a living practice that continues to shape how I listen, feel, and meet others. I am drawn to the subtle layers of experience, where something real begins to reveal itself when we slow down enough to notice.

I facilitate workshops and weekly gatherings in Amsterdam and support the six-month Transformational Connection training program as an assistant leader. Alongside this, I offer energetic readings and healing sessions, working with both the spoken and the unspoken—what is felt, sensed, and waiting to be met.

My presence is rooted in quiet depth, gentle attunement, and an openness to what is vulnerable and real. I meet vulnerability directly, in myself and within others, and create space for it to be welcomed. There is also a quality of innocence in how I meet the moment, a willingness to see with fresh eyes, to stay close to what is simple, and to remain open to not knowing. In that openness, something honest and alive can emerge.

I am inspired by nature, by the unseen, and by the mystery that lives within ordinary moments of genuine connection.
Within this work—and in life—I have touched moments that felt like heaven on earth. Glimpses of deep connection, aliveness, and wholeness that arise when nothing is held back.
There is a longing in me to move toward that together. Not as a promise, but as an invitation. I cannot guarantee where it leads, but something in me is devoted to the infinite potential. And perhaps, in coming together with that intention, something extraordinary can unfold.
