Under his management, the roster has achieved millions of streams, sold out venues across the Netherlands, and executed viral campaigns reaching widespread audiences.In 2022, Jim took on the role of Head of Publishing at Magma Music Agency, where he oversees rights management and revenue streams for the agency’s clients. In 2023, he expanded his industry perspective by joining Warner Music Benelux for a tenure under the guidance of Head of A&R Ferran Huijsmans and Isa Azier, gaining insight into major label operations.
