At the same time they recognize how easy it is to compromise or please the other. It happens almost without noticing. Most people become more accommodating than they actually feel or want, softening their truth and adjusting their boundaries so the connection can continue. Over time this results in losing connection with yourself and with the other.In this workshop you will learn to experience connection with others without losing connection with yourself.BreathThe first part of the workshop is a guided breath session that helps you reconnect with your breath, body, sensations and emotions. You begin to feel your body more clearly and notice what is happening inside you. This helps you stay connected to yourself when you start meeting and connecting with others. After the session many people feel calmer, more centered and more at ease in themselves.TantraFrom there we begin to explore connection with others (or with your partner if you came as a couple). Through structured exercises you meet different partners and experiment with eye contact, proximity, touch, and honest communication and expression. You practice speaking what is true in the moment, noticing where you remain grounded in yourself and where you might start adapting to keep the connection comfortable.This workshop is experiential. We will explore:• Breath and body awareness to deepen connection with yourself• Recognizing when you start pleasing or compromising yourself• Practicing clear consent and communication• Expressing what is true for you in relational moments• Staying connected to yourself while relating with othersSafe SpaceThe practices we use are inspired by tantric principles such as embodied awareness, attention to energy and conscious relating. The focus is not on performance or intensity. It is on learning to stay present with yourself while you are in contact with another person.The space is gradual, experiential and carefully facilitated. Participants are always free to modify exercises or step out when something needs adjustment to their personal needs.This workshop is for people who are curious to explore themselves, and the way they relate to others in a more conscious way. All exercises take place fully clothed and focus on connection, presence and consent. While we may explore touch, sensation and desire, the workshop is no focussed on sexuality.Your BenefitsFor singles, it changes how connection and attraction are experienced. In the Encounter Training he got trained in beautiful and powerful meditation- and therapeutic techniques e.g. gentle ways of communication and expression as well as intense emotional release techniques. Nistal is also a yoga teacher and meditation guide. His mission is to guide people to free themselves from inhibiting patterns: physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.
